ИСТОРИЯ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ СРЕДНЕВЕКОВЫХ ТОРТКУЛЕЙ В ШУ-ТАЛАССКОМ РЕГИОНЕ

Статья посвящена истории изучения средневековых торткулей, расположенных на юго-востоке Казахстана. Систематизированы материалы, собранные исследователями о памятниках, начиная с ХІХ в. до настоящего времени. В статье проведен анализ письменных источников о площади, топографии, атрибуции, функциональности торткулей. Отдельно рассмотрены некоторые особенности торткулей по рукописям Ф.Д. Городецкого и Б.Н. Дублицкого, работам Д.Ф. Винника, П.П. Иванова, А.Н. Бернштама и др. Проанализированы материалы, отраженные в работах специалистов из отечественных научных центров – К.М. Байпакова, М.Е. Елеуова, Р. Сала., Ж-М. Деома. В ходе подготовки данной работы были выделены признаки торткулей; собраны разработки исследователей по типологии этих памятников, а также интересные сведения по содержанию и использованию термина «торткуль».
